The Duncan Group was established over 25 years ago by Managing Director, Alex Robinson. The Group consists of 5 main companies:

At the heart of the Group is a long term investment portfolio and land bank built up over 25 years by reinvesting profits. Duncan Investment Ltd’s first acquisition was a 6 unit industrial investment at Moulton Park, Northampton, still owned by the Company to date.

In 2003, the Group established Duncan Developments Ltd following the acquisition of a part completed office development from Receivers. Since the successful completion of this development, many others have followed in and around the Northamptonshire area.

The Group manages all aspects of its developments in-house, from construction to sales and marketing, meaning high standards are maintained throughout the project. As construction is not outsourced to main contractors, the Group maintains control of the project from start to finish, which results in you, the customer, getting a far superior quality end product.
